Where: We are located up stairs at 1507D McPhee Avenue, Courtenay, BC, directly across the street from Courtenay Elementary School.
Parking: We have two designated parking spots 6 spaces back against the chainlink fence beside the building. Street parking available if both are in use.
1:1 Therapeutic Movement
Upon request, we can just spend time diving into movement.
This is at a slightly lower cost as there’s no hands on treatment and is not billable to insurance.

These group classes explore broader topics and body structures, allowing you to dip your toes into the water and see what this can do for you, what it looks like, and how easy and comfortable it actually is.
